| The Printing Industries of Northern California (PINC) is a non-profit trade association. We serve several industry segments in Northern California, primarily the print production and print buying segments. PINC charges dues to its company and individual members. In return, we provide a host of services outlined in the member benefits sections of this website.
Our purpose is to deliver what it takes to help our members become more successful and profitable in their businesses. To accomplish that goal, we provide personal and professional development programs for both owners and employees.
Education is the cornerstone of the programs we offer. Since it is business-centric education, it encompasses many formats including dinner meetings, management seminars and classes, and hands-on technical training.
Our most popular programs, however, are our insurance services, offering the lowest group rates and tailored to the needs of our industry. Our health insurance covers 7,000 employees from 550 member firms. We also cover 430 member firms with our Workers' Comp and business insurance offerings.
In addition, we are the government affairs advocate representing the broad interests of the Northern California print production industry. Today, that industry comprises 2,500 firms and employs 25,000 individuals - with a total dollar output of over $4 billion annually.
